Dear All,
I am putting together a proposal for the cataloguing of one of our major
collections, and I have been asked to look at the 'risks' involved and
how to address them. Those already identified are: problems with
recruiting qualified staff, what if the project staff leave before the end of
the project? What if the project takes longer than estimated?
There may well be others, and I would like to hear from those of you
who have experienced putting together such proposals with risks
included how they tackled this side of the project.
I will summarise answers on list if required.
Thanks and regards,
Michele Losse
