At Kent, we allow students to enter the Examination up to 30 minutes after
the start, and candidates may not leave during the same period. However, any
latecomers turning up to the hall after that are permitted to enter, and it
is left up to the Board of Examiners if and how to use the marks. There is
also a cross check done on students who have left the room before the
arrival of the latecomer.
No extra time is allowed.

Subject: Late entry to an exam hall
