We also produce cards for our partner institutions - some as a matter of
course, some on request, depending on the other institution's preference. We
have had a combination of jpegs (which work well), students turning up and
being photographed here or at another campus, and students sending in
hardcopy photographs. I would welcome any suggestions to simplify this
procedure! The real difficulty from our point of view is getting the records
onto our database in the first place, inorder to allocate student ID numbers
and get the production of cards moving.
