Dear Colleagues,
For the last 2-3 months we have experienced poor precision and flyers
on AFP
e.g. replicates of 5 and 25 and even 157 and 10970ug/L!
We are now routinely running AFP samples in duplicate; but
approximately 25% have a CV >20%.
Bayer don't think it is a problem with our analyser. The performance of
other assays on our
Centaur is O.K.
Has anybody else seen this?
Wayne Bradbury.
