I seem to have it stuck in my head that Willibrord took along everyone around him whose name started with "W" <grin>.
I suppose this would have created a temporary local "w" shortage, but if it was Ireland he left from, they wouldn't have minded.
Or am I confusing Willibrord with someone else?
