Dear Tinho (and all),
We store our north and south sheets in the same drawer and use around
six drawers to cover the wide range of topics covered.
Since when has map filing been wicked? I'll just go out and find a
broomstick after lunch (I like the sound of being wicked).
Cheers

Dear Friends,
This is probably another dim question, but:
Do you file the maps from the Ordnance Survey 1:625 000 Planning
Series
together or in the relevant subject area? These two-sheet maps were
produced in the 40s, 50s and 60s and range from Rainfall to
Popualtion
Density; Gas Board Areas to Grasslands.
Here at Liverpool the north sheets are in on drawer, the south sheets
in
another and the geological sheets in a third. I was thinking of
putting
them in the different subject drawers. Is that wicked?
I look forward to hearing your opinions.
Best wishes
Tinho
