To answer the question a trifle obliquely, the order in question, the
Crosiers (or Order of the Holy Cross), were not the same as the Crutched
Friars (Fratres Cruciferi) who had about 10 houses in England. The Crosiers
were Canons Regular, and it is not clear whether they had houses in England:
if they did, they are not readily distinguishable from houses of Augustinian
Canons.
