italian-studies: Scholarly discussions in any field of Italian studies
... e perché si deve parlare d'altro se 4-5 persone DESIDERANO parlare di
congiuntivo?
A prescindere dal fatto che chi opta per un altro tema può proporlo direttamente
e se altri lo colgono ne nascerà una nuova discussione o, quantomeno, una parallela!
Per quanto concerne gli "Italian Studies" - e lo stesso discorso si puo fare per
il termine 'italianistica' - esiste un chiarissimo sbilanciamento a favore degli
studi letterari, dunque per molti (troppi?) I.S.=letteratura italiana così come
negli atenei italiani è prevalsa/prevale l'equazione italianistica=lett. ital.!
Si veda, p. es., la tradizione di una pretigiosa pubblicazione come "Forum
Italicum" - A Journal of Italian Studies ...! Negli indici delle annate dal 1967
al 1992 compaiono soltanto saggi di/su letteratura, fatta eccezione per qualche
sporadica recensione di dizionari ...
