Sorry everyone ... not meant for the list although it is on topic for the
list so fee free to read and enjoy it!
It's a good job I didn't scandalise, libel or swear.

Dear Andrew,
I have thought quite a bit about how to resolve the ROCE issue and have put
a page on my web site that you might find useful as a way forward.
Your correspondents have taken a contrary view to my position yet they have
contradicted each other. Hence, something along the lines of what I have
written here might help assuage everyone:

Let me know and then we can tidy it up and so on.
I will be looking at your Prudential materials next!
Best wishes
Duncan

Hi Tim
This is a real problem on many mail systems. We are working on a system to
try to reduce this problem!
We have tried flagging this up on the weekly newsletter and also put a
sentence on the error pages that are reproduced to try to help people!
Glad you managed to correct it and hope that it is a useful resource. I
have seen it used with students - great fun and very informative.
Cheers
Andrew
