Hello,
Back in March and April 2001, many of you may have remembered sending in
votes on the most fascinating library buildings in the world, visited or
seen on TV or in a publication. The categories voted for were:
1. Ten most fascinating national library buildings.
2. Ten most fascinating university library buildings.
3. Ten most fascinating public library buildings.
The results of all the votes are published in detail with photographs in the
recently published edition of Library World Records in March 2004 in the
U.S.
Well its time to vote again for the most fascinating library buildings in
the world, that you have visited. Also to be included in the voting category
this time around, will be national archives buildings.
The results of the new votes will be published in the new edition of
"Library World Records" which I am currently working on at the moment.
The voting period will end in September 30th 2004.
I want to say thank you very much for all votes received so far over the
past couple of months.
