They won't get the 2002 dist of the SSC to run under the Slackware 10
distribution, the glibc is incompatible. If I remember the 2002 dist was
compiled for RH7.3 (only?) which is glibc 2.2.5. Slackware 10 has a
binary incompatible version (2.3.2 i think).

RH9.0 has glibc 2.3.* so it's possible the Spring 2004 RH9.0 release may
work for them, if not, they're going to have to compile from source.
