I just mailed the ADASS guys and asked whether the hotel was fully booked,
and if not did we really have to phone the hotel directly (as this was
inconvenient, to say the least, from the UK) to get the discount.
Got the following response, looks like they didn't know what's going on
and will probably sort it out (if possible)...
