what an extraordinary little place.
i have seen similar extreme "clutter" before, but only in engravings of late
medieval/Baroque chapels and shrines.
all of this stuff was "cleaned up" in France, in the course of the later
centuries, apparently.
a real treasure to actually see one in the virtual flesh.
