Has anyone else had a problem with AQA faxing you to say that a number of students were initially entered for the unit but has subsequently been withdrawn. On investigation it turns out that the student had never been withdrawn and we will be charged very late fees to re-instate them.
We use Microcompass/Distinction systems and I was wondering if any other systems had the same problem
It seems that when we add an entry for a student who had already been entered for other subjects the other entries are deleted at AQA
This is a bit of a nightmare and will cost us extra money
It does not seem to happen with other awarding bodies
Can anyone shed any light on this?
Thanks
