medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
In the Sarum Use the Common Preface termination was "Per quem
maiestatem...", and the Proper Preface terminations were "Et ideo cum
angelis..", "Per quem maiestatem...", "qua propter profusis..." and "Quam
laudant angeli...". The Common Preface just has "per christum dominum
nostrum." between "Eterne Deus" and the termination: the Proper Prefaces
have a variety of texts.
