As I mentioned earlier, the preface for feasts of the Apostles is one of two
instances where the the Sarum Use preface differs from the Tridentine. The
'Protocol' is the same as in the Common Preface:

gratias agere domine sancte pater omnipotens eterne deus. Et te domine
suppliciter...
