It's all down to a new dependency, SPLAT now uses TABLE, which I added as
TABLE not TABLE-PARTS (forgot TABLE was also an application package).
Should be OK now.
The FROG problem will not go away until Al switches to using the help
package. Just in case you're all wondering, the restrictions on signing
jar files are that you cannot sign one more than once, so since jhall.jar
is signed by SUN it cannot be re-signed, also you cannot have jar files in
the same JNLP package signed by different keys, so jar files that you
cannot sign must be moved into a different JNLP package (one of the
reasons for creating help). A fudge that works around this is to remove
the original signed parts of the JAR file first (but in the case of the
SUN binary license you're not allowed to).
