We should have the tools needed do the job, even if it costs money for a
commercial product. We seem to get whatever comes with the Linux. In
all this talk of which Linux versions to run and support I don't recall
discussing the supplied applications and tools. On the demo laptop ddd
and Starlink jed aren't installed but OpenOffice is available, unlike my
desktop machine, ostensibly running the same RH9.
