Hold on, hold on,
the RLI binding hasn't quite worked out that way: the resource metadata in
RLI is mapped to the LOM but isn't actually a LOM instance. Using LOM
instances was tried but there were problems with getting the binding to
work. Anyone (from UK HE/FE) who wants to see more info should contact me.
