medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
Dear List Members,
I have a student who is writing a research paper on the medieval Blood
Libel accusation. Specifically, he would like to know where he can find an
English translation of Innocent IV's bull of 1247 that refuted the
accusation's truth (subsequent similar bulls by Gregory X and Martin V are
easily available in the Internet Medieval Source Book, but Innocent IV's
does not seem to be). If any esteemed list members happen to be aware of
where a translation can be found, we would be grateful.
best,
Sean Field
