We regret to advise that due to an error on the part of Royal Mail a number
of copies of NAG News have been despatched with insufficient postage
attached.
If you have received a copy for which you have had to pay a surcharge please
contact the Royal Mail customer service centre on 08457 740740 quoting
reference 1750440807 (Nathan Goodwin re JH Brookes Printers Ltd).
We are assured that Royal Mail will make a full refund of any amounts paid
by you but unfortunately NAG is unable to claim this on members' behalf.
For those organisations which have refused delivery because of the
surcharge, your copy of NAG News will be re-posted first class by our Admin
staff when returned to us 'undelivered' by the Royal Mail.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience and our assurance that all
possible steps have been taken to prevent a similar situation in the future.
