I have had an enquiry from someone who is interested to know how many
libraries have set up customer focus groups to enable them to consult users
on things like stock selection, extra services such as video watching
facilities, and generally what would help the user to get the most out of
their library service.
I would be grateful if people could email me personally and I will report
