Hi,
There doesnt seem to be a great deal written about new developments which improve our service to customers in libraries.
Things I am thinking of are,
-Book drops, instead of queuing for return counters,
-Combining book issues with book returns,
-Flexible queuing systems.
-Alternative ways of running an enquiry service.
-How can we be more customer friendly?
I would be most grateful for some threads to persue on any of these issues! Have you seen anything good on any of these lately?
