Hi Folks
Whats your take on this agenda for change thing. I believe that the way
things are going once (I say once as I don't believe it will not go ahead
considering there is no back up plan) it is introduced, it looks
increasingly likely that OH ans H&S job evaluations will be set at a local
level.
I'd be interested in hearing opinions, even if it is just a soap box rant
(if your not comfortable enough posting to the list I'd rather you emailed
me direct than said nothing. I can always summarise things in a general
post).
I would be very interested in hearing from anyone in one of the early
implementer sites about their experiences.
