LECTURER IN JOURNALISM AND MEDIA STUDIES
The School of Cultural Studies at the University of the
West of England, Bristol requires a Lecturer to contribute
to the developing area of journalism studies within the
school.
The appointed individual should offer research expertise in
any area of journalism studies. There will be the
opportunity to develop new modules based on this expertise
as well as to contribute to the existing provision. They
will also have a broad grasp of cultural and media theory
and be willing to contribute to one of the introductory
modules on the BA in Cultural and Media Studies.
This is a full time, permanent post. Starting salary will
be in the range £22,954 - £28,621 on the Lecturer/Senior
Lecturer scale.
