Mandy,
We have the Table of Contents display software and receive TOC data from
Blackwell. If you do a title search for "climate change" in our OPAC
you will find that most of the records retrieved contain TOC data.
http://library.bangor.ac.uk/search/t?SEARCH=climate+change%7C&searchscope=5
We haven't sent any records to Blackwell for TOC enrichment for some time
now, which explains why more recent books don't contain TOC data. This
has nothing to do with the system - we just haven't got round! We have
considered getting TOC data from Innovative's INN-View service to make
life easier but the additional cost per record has rather put us off.
