Subject: RE: E-Book services list?
Worth noting a helpful review, with summary table at end, of a number of
services at http://www.libraryjournal.com/article/CA323335 (part two,
covering further services, will appear in Winter NetConnect supplement due
to be published soon at

Subject: E-Book services list?
Colleagues,
Has anyone produced a list of currently operating e-book services aimed at
the academic market? There seem to be a number out there and I'm aware I
only know a few of them.
If there isn't already such a list I propose to produce one and would
appreciate it if names of companies and URLs could be sent to me. I want
to produce a list of these companies, a summary of their subject coverage
and a summary of their business model (ie, how they deliver the service
and how they charge). This list will either be sent to this mailing list
or if it gets too large for e-mail I will place it on a Web page and
notify this list where to find it.
