The Hispanic Studies Programme, School of Languages, Cultures and Linguistics, Monash University, invites original, un-published papers of twenty-minute duration devoted to the relationship between crime, violence and gendered identities in the Hispanic World.
Papers are welcome from any disciplinary or interdisciplinary approach: literary, cultural, cinema and theatre studies, anthropology, sociology, criminology, women's studies, etc.
Please send a short (250 word) abstract with a title to Dr Stewart King ([log in to unmask]) no later than 28 January 2004.
