Not quite what you asked for, but I just had another thought that may or
may not be of help: Anthony Balch's _Thee Films_ (reasonably widely
available) are a collaboration with William Burroughs which are a filmic
equivalent / exploration of Burroughs' literary 'cut-up technique'.
Burroughs' work might be labelled 'non-narrative', but his incredible
trilogy in particular (_The Place of The Dead Roads_, _Cities of The Red
Night_, and _The Western Lands_) show us how this technique can offer
radical new ways of conceiving 'narrative' by putting non-narrative at the
heart of storytelling.
