overlooked as real talent. The raw ideas developed
outside the rigid structures of the art establishment
points to the future. A screening of a diverse
selection of new film/video works from narrative,
cinematic to abstract - all screened big for your
pleasure
FEATURING a selection of new, short film and video
works including from over 10 artists including…
Lucy Axon’s “Norman” delves into one man’s intense
obsession. Ashley Dando & Sam Weitz’s “Organic Nazis”
explores a volatile subject matter. Rosemary Hill’s
home video homage to the Hammer Horror in “Bedtime”.
“Stevie” by Stephen Quick (explores a man’s tortured
relationship to his own face). Luke Pomphrey directs
Westerns. Aikaterini Gegisian’s s “Tokyo Tonight” is a
film concerned with the effects of the digital
scrolling image. Oliver Walker walks on water. Simon
White explores language with his “AKS Speechdrone”.
Sam Curtis engages in a personal, political power
struggle in “One in a Million”
