Hello,
my first thought would be that monsters don´t talk too
much ...
and there should be quite a lot examples of distorted
voices (Terminator, (1984), the "I love you too,
sweetheart" scene), "...denn zum Küssen sind sie da"
(Morgan Freeman / serial killer) and "Scream" of
course.
