In his novel "Un homme qui dort", Georges Perec writes in 2nd person through out. If you have the chance to see it, I suggest you track down the film version he co-directed with Bernard Queysanne (imdb only lists BQ as the director but it is directed by both) in 1974. If not "in 2nd person" - I wonder what the cinematic equivalent would be as well? - I remember it as an interesting take on how to transpose liteary 2nd person narrative to film.
Hope this helps.
