This is a very cool topic!!!
There's a book by Rouch, "cine-ethnography" recently
translated into English by Steven Feld to look at, too. I
think it was published just a few months ago by University
of Minnesota and I bet it has a great bibliography.
There's also a ton of stuff on visual anthropology that
includes film as well as photography.
