Hi Warren,
I have now received both the copy of the journal (which looks very impressive) and the 50 offprints of the article.
Unfortunately one of the 4 people I thank at the end of my chapter (the head business librarian who introduced me to the search engine that got me all the articles about Orion) died this afternoon (he has been sick for some time), before I manage to give him a copy of the article and see his name on it.
Once again thank you for your support, advice (and work) on Orion
