Overview
--------
R-Day'04 is a special full-day RESG event aimed at RE practitioners and
researchers. There will be a full programme of parallel tracks presenting
work dealing with many of the problems associated to the generation and
management of requirements. There will be presentations by internationally
known experts, mini-tutorials, poster sessions, a tools exhibition and a
book display. Best of all, R-Day'04 will provide an opportunity for
practitioners and researchers to share ideas and experiences while enjoying
the exciting cultural diversity of the city of London.

PhD students Poster Session
---------------------------
The poster session is an opportunity for students to present research
results or significant work in progress. The poster committee will review
each submission based on relevance, contribution to the requirements
engineering state of art, quality of written and graphic presentation.
Accepted posters will be given a space in the exhibit area during the
event. The prize for the best poster is a free registration for the
Requirements Engineering Conference that this year will be hosted in Kyoto
- Japan. Besides that, students presenting a poster will have further
discount on the registration for the R-Day.
How to Submit:
The poster size should be no smaller than A3 and no larger than A1. An A4
single-sided rough copy of the poster should be submited electronically in
either .ps or .pdf format to Alessandra Russo [log in to unmask] by 15th
February. The notification from the review process is on the 1st March.

Registration information

Registration fees include access to all keynotes, tutorials, workshops and
panels. They also include morning and afternoon refreshments and lunch.
The registration fee until March 26, are as follows:
RESG members: £100
Non RESG members: £120.
Students not presenting a poster: £100
Students presenting a poster £30

After March 26, registration will have to be done on the day of the event
and will cost £20 more than the above fees.
