Hi Ollie,
Because the files are translated from PowerPoint I make a pdf from the
presentation before the conversion. To get multiple slides per page,
b&w etc on the pdf, print it to pdf from the PowerPoint printer control.
You'll need Acrobat on your machine - you'll see an Acrobat pdf choice
on the printer options in the Ppt printer dialogue box. Choose the
format for print as you usually would and then choose the pdf choice as
the printer - Bob's your uncle!
Cheers
Liz.

Hi Folks,
Do any of these products produce a print version of all the slides in
the presentation, like Powerpoint does? As it would be useful for our
students as well as viewing the slides in an animation, to be able to
print copies off, rather than screen grabbing each flash page? I realise
it could be done with clever programming, but a built in function would
be nice. Ollie
