I administer blackboard with mozilla and Camino on a Mac. It works also.

I administer our Blackboard installation using Firefox and I really must
stress that there is no problem using Firefox to access Blackboard.
Misinformation like this really is what keeps a second rate browser like
Internet Explorer in widespread use.
