Subject: Re: BB 5.5.1 Level 2
As far as I know, there was no batch enrol for organizations.
As a workaound, you could
- change the service levels for these organisations from 'c' to 'f',
effectively making blackboard believe they are courses
SQL> UPDATE bb50.course_main
SET service_level = 'f'
WHERE course_id IN ('XXX','YYY','ZZZ');
SQL> COMMIT;
- use the batch enrol in courses option
- change the service levels back to 'c'
SQL> UPDATE bb50.course_main
SET service_level = 'c'
WHERE course_id IN ('XXX','YYY','ZZZ');
SQL> COMMIT;
This is untested code - we're on bb6 - so test it out with a test
organisation first.
Kind regards,
Herta
