Hi Carol,
We had this problem too with quite a few of our students. Web Systems
looked into it but I am afraid we had to advise in the end to make sure
not to use the AOL browser, because there was no way that it allowed
Blackboard to be accessed. Instead to install a free-standing one
(Firefox, Netscape or Internet Explorer) and to connect, but then
open the non-AOL browser. Where this didn't help, I'm afraid we had to
suggest to move to a different Internet provider.
We haven't found any other solution. I'd be happy to hear if anyone has.
Best wishes
Nicole
