Dear folks,
I have received a comment from a reviewer for a submitted manuscript that:
"If CV (coefficient of variation) is > 33.3, the results should not be included in any reporting. If CV is between 16.6 and 33.3, you should add a caution to the results such as: interpret with caution as CV is between 16.6 and 33.3."
Is there any concrete reference to support this statement in general?
Many thanks for your help,
Noori
