Here is summarry of the reponses to my query:
1. some courses at http://www.statistics.com/content/courses.html
2. The Centre for Applied Statistics at Lancaster University runs a range
of short courses (1 or 2 days) on a variety of statistical methods and
software largely aimed at the Social Sciences, but accessible by anyone.
Due to an ESRC grant, we are in the process of placing the course notes on
our web pages, along with (where possible) videos of the lectures and
demonstrations of software. Some of the documentation is already uploaded,
and we are in the process of bringing a new server online with the video
material, so this will be available shortly. It's a case of "check back
frequently"!
The material is freely available to people within the education sector,
although
registration will be required before gaining access to it. The web-page is:
www.cas.lancs.ac.uk/short_courses
3. http://www.ats.ucla.edu/stat/webmovies.zip
http://www.ats.ucla.edu/stat/seminars/
4. There is a web-based book at http://symptomresearch.nih.gov/Tools.htm
including a chapter by me on X-over trials at
http://symptomresearch.nih.gov/chapter_6/index.htm
There is no audio accompaniment to this however.
