In Catherine Nelson-Piercy's book "Handbook of Obstetric Medicine" (2nd ed 2002. isbn 1 1-84184-118-8) there is a table of common biochemical and haematological ranges broken down by trimester.
I also had on loan several years ago a book published in Canada that was an exhaustive review of biochemical changes in pregnancy - called "Handbook of Diagnostic Biochemistry and Hematology in Normal Pregnancy" by Gillian Lockitch which I don't think was ever updated unfortunately. Published November 1992 isbn 0849335183 but not in stock on Amazon.
Best wishes for 2004.
