We will be publishing the proceedings after the conference, but at the
moment I cannot tell you how much they will cost. When the proceedings
become available details will be posted on the website and the discussion
list.

Thanks for the reminder, however I am sorry to say that I did not manage
to have the funding ( even for one day) agreed. However if you are
putting together a conference pack of papers afterwards I would
