No, but a colleague has. You might want to talk issues through with
your medical defence organisation/employer's solicitor/RCN. Presumably,
you are asked to be a witness on matters of fact eg consulted on such
and such a day, reason for consultation, advice given etc. I would
avoid straying into matters of opinion unless very, very sure of your

Glad to know that there are rather more OHA's out there than I
thought.
Has anyone been 'lucky' enough to go to a tribunal? If so any thoughts
on how to survive the process and come out feeling professionally
intact! It seems I may be called by both my employer and the employee!
