No, but a colleague has. You might want to talk issues through with your medical defence organisation/employer's solicitor/RCN. Presumably, you are asked to be a witness on matters of fact eg consulted on such and such a day, reason for consultation, advice given etc. I would avoid straying into matters of opinion unless very, very sure of your ground!
