We use a monthly statistical chart show our progress for the month as
well as our progress throughout the year. We also use this information
to graph our progress and track activities from year to year.
I'll send you the chart as an attachment under separate cover.

Subject: Records Management Performance Measures
Hello
Not sure how relevant this is to this list but here goes....
We have been asked to start thinking about ways in which we could
usefully
record and interpret our performance/activities in RM.
This has been done in the past and it was purely a way of recording and
interpreting 'time' as opposed to showing 'what' we do. Our time sheet
was
divided up into rough areas of activity i.e. cataloguing, appraisal,
enquiries, meetings, etc.
I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to what we could
usefully
record and present as a means of showing what we do not just in RM but
as
an Archive Service. I am sure many of you have to account for your
time,
How do you do this? Would be grateful if you could share your thoughts?
Many thanks
Claire
