It is a potentially very valuable resource. However, I'm waiting for a reply
to my feedback to Screenonline about the following from the Educational Use
Licence Agreement:
" The Organisation [library service] hereby agrees that when making this
Site available to people under the age of 18 their access will be monitored
and restricted accordingly".
We appreciate the reason due to inclusion of 18 certificate audio/video
content, but it certainly makes this unworkable in Oxfordshire and therefore
excludes access to NOF-funded content. I'd be interested to hear how other
authorities approach this one.
