Dear list
can anyone remember a paper which looked at presenting the same clinical
trials data in 3 different ways to clinicians? Responses varied and, if I
remember rightly, were disproportionately influenced by RRR. I cannot think
where I came across it nor think of how to search on this!
I would also be interested to hear from anyone teaching EBM to undergrads
as I was not lucky enough to get to the conference in Sicily as mentioned
recently on this list. I am working on the PBL grad entry programme at
Derby (Univ Nott)(shared selection with St George's) and we are trying to
give students an interest in EBM from the beginning but more gently than
the Sydney programme we are using on licence. From the conference posting
it looks as if theis is a tricky area and the PBL students certainly have a
lot on their plate from day 1.
many thanks in anticipation
