yes, i rather thought that's how his letters were put together.
makes perfect sense, for the letters of a canon lawyer, so many of them being
responses to questions on the law about various matters --or his own dealings
with contemporaries on matters of law.
perhaps there was no *set rule* on how to compile a collection, but rather it
depended upon the "calling" of the writer?
