This is not consanguinity but "spiritual affinity." The usual impediment for "affinity" was from sexual contact, licit or illicit. "Spiritual affinity" was off godparenting.

Dear List,
If I am reading about a case where a marriage was annulled because the
mother-in-law "levaverat de sacro fonte" the intended bride, is it safe
to assume that this means she was the bride's godmother and the marriage
was annulled because of consanguinity?
